In the greek mythology Edoné (Hedoné), was a Goddess of extraordinary beauty, she embodied the pleasure itself. Pleasure to wear jewels with High Quality Diamonds and precious gemstones toghether with simple and wearable design creates timeless Beauty. That’s why we are called Edone.

Our production started 21 years ago, with our first project with the wholesalers direct from the source.

Edone is born as an e-commerce project, we will build a network of partnership.

Our Diamonds

Diamonds used by Edone come from ethical source only, we don’t sell blood-diamonds.

All our diamonds are certified from GIA, IGI, HRD.

We have our inside gemological laboratory with qualified specialists and sophisticated innovative instruments to analyze every diamonds.

Yes, We are constantly getting in new stones although it takes a few days to photograph and upload them to our website. Please feel free to ask us if you don’t find what you’re looking for online.

Our Jewellery

The quality of our diamonds is specified in the “product details” of every item.

When the diamonds you ordered will be shipped we will seal the box and we will follow the process until the parcel will be shipped.

Payments

We accept Bank draft, PayPal, stripe, credit card.

It depends on what you will buy.

The price of the product will be the one indicated from time to time on the website, except where there is an obvious mistake. In case of mistake Edone will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing confirmation of the order at the right amount or cancellation. However, Edone will not be obligated to supply the sold goods at the lower price indicated incorrectly. The website prices includes VAT. Prices may change any time. The changes will be not applied to orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent. Once the desired product have been selected, it will be added to the cart. It will be sufficient to follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the information requested in each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.

Shipping, Orders, return and refund policy

Edone carries out shipments all over the world according to the customs regulations in force in the recieving countries:
  1. Delivery is made, for the European territory , generally within 2/3 working days for the products present in the warehouse. If the delivery date is not specified, within the deadline estimated at the time of selection of the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of confirmation.
  1. As far as the European Union countries are concerned, the delivery will be made in 3/4 working days, and in any case, within the maximum term of 30 days.
  1. In non-EU territories delivery will be roughly 7 working days.
  1. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify the place where the order is located and how to agree a new delivery.
  1. If you are not able to be present at the the place of the delivery at the agreed time, we ask you to contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
  1. If the delivery cannot take place for reasons not attribute to us after 30 days from the date on which the order is available for the delivery, we will assume that it is intended to terminate the contract.
  1. As a result of the termination, the amounts will be returned, including delivery costs, excluding any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method offered without unjustified delay and, in any case, within 14 days from date of the end of the contract. Transportation resulting from from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.
  1. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.

The buyer must send an explicit declaration with the written decision of ending contract or in alternative trasmit the return form.

You will bring the item that you want to return to the point indicated at the receiving of the order.

The product needs to send back intact, in the original packaging, complete in all of its parts and complete of attached fiscal documentation. Because of the pecularity of some sold products we will make some laboratory test to verify that the return products correspond to the products sent by Edone without signs of alteration or infraction. Noticed this, the website will provide to refund the amount of the product that you want to return within 14 days, with delivery expenses included.

There will not be right to return products in the case of Edone products and services are included in the categories of the art. 59 of D.L 206/2005. Is not possible to return a product when there are orders with customization required by the customer, variation to the original models and the items made exclusively for the customer and or diamonds come from extra-european countries.

Edone will do the refund by the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In case of payment made by bank and in case the buyer want to return back an item, he must provide us his bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC, necessary for the refund.
